Exhibiting artist / Jin Lu

Jin Lu was born in 1989 in Xuchang, Henan Province. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chinese Painting from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in 2009 and her master’s degree in Chinese Painting from the same institution in 2013. In 2016, she completed the Advanced Training Program in Chinese Mineral Color Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

From 2017 to 2019, she served as Teaching Secretary and Course Assistant at the Mineral Color Painting Studio, Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, Shanghai University, studying under Professor Hu Mingzhe. She is a member of the China Artists Association, the Shaanxi Artists Association, and serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the China Mineral Color Art Society. She is also a commissioned painter at the Xi’an Chinese Painting Academy.
